Winter White Honey

As dreamy and creamy as freshly fallen snow, our winter white honey is made from rocky Mountain wildflower nectar that crystallizes into a frost-like state. Harvested only a few days. Much like cream rises to the top during dairy processing, foam forms in winter white.
