This is a varietal blend of Arbequina, Mission and Pendolino olives, which together yield this uniquely fruity and complex extra virgin olive oil.  We feel this is an ideal “finishing” oil due to its uniquely robust flavors, making it perfect for drizzling over pasta before serving, salad paired with our balsamic vinegar, or try it over BBQ meat as you cook to help keep moisture and flavor.
