"Ruffles" Blank Note Card

The white heavily ruffled standard or upright petals on this bearded iris caught my eye. They reminded me of the heavily ruffled white men"s dress shirts you might have found in mid-19th century France. The edges are lightly tinged with indigo, while the falls or petals that are at the bottom are rich indigo. The bright yellow beard provides a nice contrast.
