Old Forester Smoked Cinnamon Bitters

Jackie takes us back to her grandmother’s den recalling a faint smell of a sooty, wood-burning fireplace.  The Smoked Cinnamon Bitters were inspired by Jackie’s grandmother. My grandmother’s den always had a faint smell of sooty, wood burning fireplace. She used to make “whiskey cookies” every Christmas, which as a child made you feel like you were getting away with something!
