Jackson Acaia Stainles Steel Turner

Constructed from stainless steel, brass, and acacia wood, the Jackson Turner from Outset Kitchen has a generous width for turning and serving vegetables, meat, seafood, and sides coming hot and fresh off the grill or griddle. 

Attractive enough to use as a serving piece, practical enough to be a kitchen work horse.  Short acacia handle guides precision use.  The blade is beveled and easily slides under food. 

Hand wash in warm soapy water.  Dry thoroughly after use.  Frequently wipe down the acaia handle with a thin layer of mineral oil.
