If you're swinging by to snag your balloons, get ready for them to be pumped up and floating unless you shout otherwise in the notes. Helium is included in the price! Balloons that are shipped will be packaged and not inflated according to the listed price. Feel free to stop by for pickup anytime from 10 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday!
