Rocket Balloon Blast Off!

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Run to fill with air.
2. Inflate the last bit.
3. Squeeze and twist the end.
4. Fold the end.
5. Secure the end with a rubber band.
6. Throw it! Watch it fly!
