A must have for pie makers who love a good stone fruit pie.  Helps bale the perfect crispy pie crust and avoid boil overs by funneling steam during the baking process up through the belly of the bird and out through its beak.  

Simply place on top of your bottom layer of crust, spread pie filling around it and place your top crust over the pie bird. Cut a small hole in the middle of your top crust so pie bird pokes through the top and bake.
