Our fire starters are made from recycled candles: 70% alkane and 30% soy waxes, perfume-grade fragrance oils, and all cotton core wicks.
They vary in color due to the recycling process. The sawdust is locally sourced from an Oak Cliff wood shop and is free of insecticides and toxins.
Our firestarters are the easiest to use. Simply arrange wood in a typical pyramid or perpendicular pattern, and lay one fire starter in the center, light wicks, and step back. The wicks light the wax and sawdust which combusts and starts the wood on fire. Not only are they a great way to get your fire started but they smell fabulous to boot!
Not for use with specialty tiles or fireplace inserts. May leave an oily residue.
