Directions: Soak contents overnight or 8-10 hours. Drain Water. Add 8-10 cups of water and 1lb. of ham or turkey. Bring to a boil for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat and simmer 3-3 1/2 hours. Add 1 cup of chopped onion and 1tbsp of minced garlic.
